Starving but out of budget? Worry no more! Just like any other towns, Jasaan has variety of delicious foods that can be found on the streets.
Chicken proven and buko juice is standing at Jasaan Town Plaza near the playgrounds starting in the morning until 7:00 in the evening. Takuyaki and potato rolls are also available and can be found near Grace Park, Jasaan Dancing Fountain. Strolling down the streets far from the plaza is not a problem because tempura, kwek-kwek, fishball and alakart are not difficult to find out. If you'd like to eat more pinoy street food, penoy and balot are also available lining up in a row when evening starts to creep in. To end it all with sweets, gulaman and salad is perfect as a dessert but crave for it in daytime because these sweets are not visible in the evening.
Common places in Jasaan is where streetfoods are also into. Enjoying inexpensive foods is never a constraint for an out-of-budget pocket.
Gaza Garden Café
Gaza is a restaurant that offers various and distinct provisions that makes people come back. Its bestsellers are fish fillet, buttered chicken and the commonly ordered is their pancit guisado. They also have kare-kare and dinuguan.

Carloise Restoranti
Carloise Resto Bar is the touted resto bar not just inside the town but in other towns as well. It is famously distinguished for its palatable and discrete halo-halo and pizza. Don’t have to trek for places to savor for delectable because it is just located at Barangay Upper Jasaan, Jasaan Misamis Oriental. It is a common aphorism of people to say that you are not a sure-enough Jasaanon unless you tasted one of its provisions.

Comedor Resto Bar
When Mrs. Gemma Suello desired to open a resto bar in Jasaan, she decided to name it Comedor as her grandfather used to say when she was young, “Andama na ang comedor kay mangaon na ‘ta”. Comedor, as a Spanish term for dining was adapted for the business and now, Comedor is one of the longest resto bar serving in town.
They serve buttered chicken, lomi, pansit, French fries and others with their bestsellers sisig and calamares. For those who want to indulge with their newly added tag line “Kaon, Inom Pa Pare sa Comedor” (K.I.P.P.), come on and quench your thirst and take a bite of their viands as you listen to a live band that happens every Friday night and Acoustic Night every Saturdays and Sundays.
Starting December 8, Comedor will open on mornings until evening every day and will be starting to accept catering on January. Comedor Resto Bar is located at Upper Jasaan, Jasaan Misamis Oriental near Jasaan Town Plaza.
